When recovering from elective surgery such as hip or knee replacement, you need the best care to get you back on your feet. Southpointe is a 152-bed community specializing in comprehensive short term rehab while also offering the long-term care some patients may need.
Our multi-disciplinary team offers care for all diagnoses. Upon admission each department - nursing, social services, dining and activities, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies - conducts a full needs assessment to determine health status and function, activities of daily living, and medical regimen. From there, we create a personalized care program to facilitate your recovery and improve your well-being.
Here you'll find compassionate and respectful staff who understand first-hand your journey to recovery. In fact, our Administrator, Chris Hannon, is a doctorate-level physical therapist who has risen through the organization. And, at Southpointe, we accept patients seven days a week, around the clock for your convenience. What's more, reservations are available for post-operative stays.
